The Uncredible Way I Lost 40 Pounds THIS Year
One page tracker, five data points, and a streak that's changed my life.
From 235 to 172
In 2020, I weighed 235 pounds.
I was on blood pressure medication, pre-diabetic, and sleeping with a CPAP.
Today, I’m 172 pounds. No medications. No CPAP. Just mouth tape and peace of mind.
Since 2014, I’ve made countless attempts to lose weight—tracking calories, walking, running, lifting. I’ve tried them all, separately and together. Each time I’d lose a little, gain it back, and start over.
This past year, though, I found the perfect combination of simplicity and accountability. It’s what’s helped me get into the best shape of my life at 42.
Do I Sound Like I’m About to Sell You Something?
In a way, I am.
But it’s not what you think.
I want to share my results and the lessons I’ve learned—and then give you access to the same tracker I use every single day. It’s completely free and comes with a small online community where I personally post my stats and updates every single day.
365 Days of Tracking
I use the free MyFitnessPal app to track calories and macros.
A few days ago, I hit 365 consecutive days of tracking.
But the streak isn’t just in MyFitnessPal.
It’s also in the personal tracker I built to keep myself honest and focused.
Back on October 28, 2024, I created a clunky one-page tracker to simplify everything for myself.
Why? Because the scale never made sense to me.
One day I’d eat clean and gain a pound.
The next day I’d eat garbage and somehow lose a pound.
What the heck?
So I stripped tracking down to what really mattered:
Calories. Protein. Cardio. Strength. Weight.
That’s it.
Simple. Visual. Brutally honest.
After a full year, here’s what happened:
I dropped from 214.2 pounds to 172.2 pounds — over 40 pounds lost in one year.
The Uncredible Tracker — Free
About a month ago, I decided to clean up my messy spreadsheet and turn it into a polished, easy-to-use PDF tracker.
At first, I listed it on Gumroad for a few bucks. But something about selling it didn’t sit right. This tracker helped me change my life—it shouldn’t have a paywall.
So I’ve made it free.
Because being Uncredible is about average people doing uncredible things.
No barriers. No excuses.
When you grab the Uncredible Tracker on Gumroad, you’ll also get access to the community tab, where we share our daily stats, struggles, and wins.
No More Excuses
So what’s stopping you from starting today?
Need a plan? ✅ The Uncredible Tracker is free.
Need a community for accountability? ✅ That’s free too.
Need to log calories and macros? ✅ The MyFitnessPal app is free.
Everything you need is waiting for you.
Stop making excuses. Start making changes.
Because one day of tracking can change your week.
And 365 days? It can change your life.
